Wade T. Wilson is an American writer, technomad and perpetual traveler. His travel titles include The Computer Nomad: Use the Internet to Live, Love and Prosper Anywhere in the World and Fantasy Islands: A Man’s Guide to Exotic Women and International Travel. He also operates a website called Dating and World Travel. He has discussed his work on Internet webcasts.
While living in Hong Kong, he published articles on computer topics in PCWorld Asia and Computerworld Hong Kong. He studied Creative Writing at Ohio University under Walter Tevis (The Hustler) and Daniel Keyes (Flowers for Algernon).
His experience living abroad in Germany, Hong Kong and Thailand, including travel in the Philippines and Central America, inspired his portrayal of the cultures in his bawdy, multicultural fantasy novel, The Bouncer of Blueball. He is also author of a forthcoming science fiction novel, The Micronaries of Melchizedek.
Wade currently resides in Chiang Mai, Thailand with plans to move on to either the Philippines or Cambodia next year.
